EYES FULL OF WORDS: An Ekphrastic Writing Workshop

Saturday, January 29 | 1 to 2:30 pm
Free
General Registration

Like a conversation between two artists, ekphrasis is the act of writing poetry or prose in response to a visual work. Join Ridgefield Poet Laureate and Aldrich Educator Barb Jennes as she guides the group in observing select works in the newest exhibitions by artists Milano Chow and Duane Slick. This workshop will be held in-person in the galleries, offering an opportunity for the group to learn more about the artwork on view and respond in words that surpass what the eye sees.
