The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum

The Aldrich Museum is pleased to present the first museum retrospective of self-taught painter Aaron Birnbaum. His work is remarkable not only for its accomplished style and vision, but also for the fact that the artist is in his second century of life, having begun his career at the age of 70 when most of us are ending our life’s vocation.
