Shannon Plumb: Behind the Curtain takes us to an intimate space with the artist. Despite her desire for working in private, Plumb’s own pleasure in performing is evident and contagious. She is trained as an actor, which perhaps to explain why her films feel a bit outside the realm of contemporary art. There is an indescribably, fresh quality about her work.
