Having trouble with your digital membership card? Here’s some info that may help.

I can’t find the email to download my membership card, what do I do?
Please email hhart@thealdrich.org to request a digital card.

How do I add the membership card to my iPhone?
Access the email from your smartphone and click the “Download” button, then click “Add to Wallet” and “Add.” The card will automatically go to your iPhone’s Apple Wallet. It can be accessed in Wallet at any time. To find your Wallet app, swipe across your iPhone screen to see the Search bar. Type in Wallet.

How do I add the membership card to my Android phone?
Android users need to download Wallet Passes from Google Play. After you have the app, access the email from your smartphone and click “Download” in the membership email, and the card will automatically go to your Wallet Passes app, where it can be accessed at any time.

I’d prefer not to use this digital membership card, what should I do?
Please email hhart@thealdrich.org to request a physical card.

I don’t have a mobile phone, what can I do?
Please contact the organization to request physical cards.

My name is spelled wrong/membership level is incorrect.
Please email us at hhart@thealdrich.org and we will update your card.

How do I see the reverse side of the membership card?

The reverse side of your digital membership card gives you a snapshot of your Member Benefits, Hours of Operation, and Contact Information. To access the back of the card on an iPhone, click on the 3 dots at the top right of the membership card. On an Android, click on the ⓘ icon in the lower right hand corner.

My membership is dual level or higher, how can I share my card?
Navigate to the back of the card and use the “Share Pass” button to send the card to your secondary member or guest. For iPhone users, you will find the share icon at the top right of the Digital Card.

I downloaded my card but I can’t find it.

If you have an iPhone, the card will automatically download to Apple Wallet. Check the app for your new card (scroll through any cards that are already there—it may be hiding!). If you have an Android, you’ll need to download Wallet Passes app from the Play Store prior to downloading the card.
