Contemporary Reflections 1972-73

The Second Annual Contemporary Reflections continues the policy inaugurated last year of presenting a collection of works purchased during the year directly from the artists in his studio. Following Larry Aldrich’s keen interest in contemporary trends and his desire to encourage young talents or the significantly emerging artists of any age who is making a fresh statement, this second exhibition has been formed. The works in this exhibition have been acquired from artists who do not have gallery representation and who had had no one-man gallery exhibitions at the time of purchase.
